I see it as a yes and no. If you wear shirts of legends then no. If you wear a soulja boy shirt then maybe. It just depends i guess. No real answer. Triple Six Mafia use to wear I.C.P. shirts and it didn't hurt them. I say if you don't feel wrong wearing it that's all that matters.

if your rocking a rap legend then no. all rappers need inspiration from somewhere. you see tons of mainstream rappers rocking shirts from biggie, tupac, to other famous inspirations-martin luther king etc.
No showin other rappers love gets you respect, It's rappers who hate and try to keep up and commers down are straight up biatches.
