by far it is 100 Years. He is explaining how corrupt the court system is and by using examples. A white guy and black guy did the same crime and the penalty was much greater for the black guy's offense. He is a little racist in the song, but I think he did it to show how racist the court system is.

"Murkin Season" is my favorite song by Plies. Im a boxer and when I listen to that song, i feel like knokkin a dude face in two. That song gets me in killer mode. But the song that has the best verses by plies on it is "On My D***". Nasty verses on that joints. Shows the he can lyrical when he wants to Great emotion on the trakk too.
