Where can I play my song to get a little feedback?!
Question: I have been playing the guitar for about 5 months, and have never considered myself to be much a singer either. However, I am just having a bit of fun and trying to develop my skills and confidence a bit - I have had a go at writing and recording my first song, and would really like to play it to somebody to get some feedback, before anyone I actually know hears it - is there anywhere I can post it so people can listen please?
I have it as an mp3 file and as a .wav file if that helps...

If your song is already in Mp3 format then you will have no difficulties uploading it to a myspace account that you can create in minutes. But you'll have to invite people to listen to it and give you feedback. There are groups on myspace like the solo musicians lounge who are a bunch of people who can be counted on to do this, but you have to listen to other people's stuff and give them feedback too. You can upload your video on youtube while performing your song, and then you'll give us the link for us to be able to give our comments.
You could try YouTube or myspace.....Colbie Caillat has friends who posted her music on myspace to thank for her emerging success.
