I am a big Elliott Smith fan as well, and I've discovered a few good websites. The one I visit most often is trashtreasury.com, which has lots of cool stuff like tons of audio files from Elliott Smith live shows which are really cool. Another site I visit is sweetadeline.net, which also has lots of Elliott stuff including audio/video files, and also a complete collection of guitar tabs for his songs. It's nice to see an Elliott Smith-related topic every once and a while.
CanI suggest you check out Joseph Arthur, particularly the CD "come to where i'm from".
