Papoose and Saigon, but that's by force, since they still don't have an album out with new material that's not from their mixtapes.
i dont have any paritcular bands i can name of the top of my head, but there are way too many bands out there that only have one or good songs on their albums. Artists need to spend more time and hunker down and create better music in todays industry.

mixtapes are okay but i usually don't even bother with them because they rarely have songs with staying power.
