Question: Albums...usually better beats and much more work has been put into them.
Plus mixtapes sometimes re-use somebody elses beats and so it doesn't really have as much effect as it would if you had heard it for the first time, and a lot of mixtape music can be quite poor quality compared to an album e.g.

albums beacuse artits take the best songs from the mixtapes put on a album
Depending on the artist, but generally i want BOTH!
I would have to say mixtapes, but as long as I can put them together myself.
I would go with the album. Mixtapes are cool, but overall they seem kinda sloppy and annoying. I will download a few songs off of a mixtape, but the album is much better sounding to the ear. I also hate when the DJ stamps the whole CD by yelling his name over and over.

ID GO FOR THE MIXTAPES COZ THEY ARE MORE FUN LISTENING TO PLUS THAT WHOLE ALBUM **** IT KINDA GETS BORING IN OTHER WORDS HALF OF ALL THE SONGS ON AN ALBUM SUCK!!
