Vh1. They always have new stuff there. If it suits your musical style, it's a great place to find new good music.
I check out last.fm. But I usually just ask around to see what others listen to, and if it's the kind of stuff I like, I preview the songs online. Or borrow from other people. Apart from that, I read music magazines that suggest new music, or just watch music channels. Hope that helps.
