Problem with Limewire for Mac...?!
Question: I downloaded the mac edition of limewire to my laptop, and everything seems to be working fine but then as soon as i open limewire it just closes automatically. Anyone know what's going on?

I would extremely discourage your use of limewire for it is first of all very illegal and you are likely to get fined huge amounts of money if the FBI find out. MAC's are a lot more prone to FBI search and seizure laws, therefore, you are at a higher risk of being tracked and thusly investigated for your affiliation with illegal file sharing networks. Also, there is no doubt your computer will become filled with spyware, back-door trojans, and myriads of other malevolent virus-like problems. Before you start downloading limewire, think about what you are doing. And if you are that stupid to use limewire, make sure you fully turn off all file-sharing preferences. This is extremely important. Enjoy.

He wouldn't use limewire
I had the same problem. just uninstall it, and it should work. you will not lose your music. just keep doing this until it works if it doesn't work the first time. but first try going into the applications folder and opening it that way (only if it is on your dock).
