Hi, both Bryan Adams and Eric Clapton had songs with "heaven" in the title. B. A. is a love song titled "Heaven" and E.C. is a song about his son who died when he fell out of a window, titled "No tears in Heaven". Since B.A. came out before 2000, you are probably thinking of Claptons song?
