I once saw Oli Sykes (of Bring Me The Horizon) wearing an It Dies Today shirt. That really surprised me.

Joe Elliott from Def Leppard wears Thin Lizzy tshirts quite often onstage. It doesn't surprise me because he is proud of who his influences are.
No, it don't surprise me at all. My favourite bands wearing my other favourite bands shirts. Of course they have good taste.
i went to this local show and one of the guitatists were wearing a Cult t-shirt. but a bfmv guy wearing an aiden shirt isnt that suprising cause their kinda similar!

sometimes it surprises me...but not really. i mean, many artists have said that they like everything BUT the genre they're in. that's what underoath said....they listen to everything BUT w/e category they're in.
its common for musicians to listen to music that is a little out there, it expands their minds. kinda like opening a door. they do it for the same reason graphic artists , painters and sketch artists travel the world and study other styles of art. its like studying .
well, yuh know.. wheather you play music or not.. you gotta listen to music other than yours xD
