Texas wins for me. I like the whole Texas sound more, and they have better quality rappers such as Cham, Bun B, Pimp C (R.I.P.), Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Flip, Slim Thug, Z-Ro, Trae etc etc.
Louisiana still does have some good rappers though, e.g. B.G., Juvenile, Mannie Fresh & Soulja Slim (R.I.P.).
