What does the term 'MOR' mean vis-a-vis music?!
Question: The term MOR is often used vis-a-vis music. However, what does it mean? Does it mean:
Male Orientated Rock, or
Middle Of the Road, or something else?
And does 'AOR' mean Adult Orientated Rock, or something else?
And finally, does 'A&R (wo)man' mean Artists & Repertoire?

i always understood mor to mean middle of the road and aor to mean album orientated rock
and yep your right with a&r
Middle of the Road. Not progressive, not oldies but somewhere in the middle. Can be sleep inducing :-)
