well, its simple, its where they are made...
the build quality it generally better in the usa, they use all the best bits. the japs use the same bits only not as good craftsmanship and well the mexicans are at the bottom, inferior parts and build. i'd just add that there are also squire guitars which are bellow the mexicans, these are usually made in china or korea and made on a factory line in their millions.
