Billy Corgan is amazing. He is an outstanding song writer, and is an even better vocalist. He may seem a little weird to some people, but in my mind he is perfectly normal. Listen to Thru the Eyes of Ruby from the Mellon Collie album, and you will never doubt his musical abilities again.
