People will say he's not because of what he raps about, and they will also say things like Lupe Fiasco, Immortal Techinque, Common and others are the top 20 because of what they rap about. But yes, he is in the top 20. Matter fact, he is #1 rite now. The only person that couldve touched him was Eminem, but you have to admit, Eminem fell off horribly his last 2 CDs. His last good one was The Eminem Show. Lil Wayne puts out mixtape, after mixtapes, of pure heat. He truly loves hiphop. Yes he does rap about women, money, and clothes, but he's not strictly for the radio like Hurricane Chris. He mixes gangster, with sensitivity. RITE NOW, keywoard, RITE NOW, noone is touching him.
