Need help identifying a song?!

Question: So I was at a party last night, and I heard this. I actually also think its on a commercial. It sounds sort of techno-y, but not much. The voice sounds like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but I don't think its them. And I only remember two words of the lyrics... the chorus is like "love is _____" or something like that.
