texas but only because of scarface and bun b...everyone there is pretty bad and EVERYone in NO sucks...just my opinion
Lil Wayne's really the only Louisiana rapper I've heard that I can give respect to. Scarface, Bun B, going all the way back to The D.O.C. gives Texas the nod.
