Is learning how to play guitar very difficult?!
Question: Anyone who knows how to plays guitar, can you please give me some tips, and tell me if it is difficult or not to play this beatiful instrument. I think I will not have much of a problem because my fingers are very long, but still I am not sure. I really want to learn.

Learning to play the guitar is something very varied, depends on what kind of music you will play. Learning to play fast (shredding) like in different types of rock takes time while at the other end is playing songs just using chords is easy. I play the guitar myself for 3 and a half years now, I've gotten pretty good but there is always room for improvement. I learn through self-teaching and a bit of help from my uncle (my mentor and why I wanted to play guitar) My suggestion is you start first by learning easy chords such as power chords and song with those chords, then move on to barre chords, after you can try learning scales and solos that incorporate these scales(usually pentatonic). One thing i found helpful is the gripmaster, it really improves your playing speed. I started with a classical(nylon string) guitar because I didn't want my fingers to hurt as much if I used and acoustic steel-string, i then played electric, and now i'm playin' with a steel-string most of the time.
no its not hard but its the thing if you want ot learn. also you have to toughen up your ends of the fingers to play and also be shown how to use pick. its nice if you wlearn and take lessons.
I have played for 20 years, and I learned my first song by Linard Skynard. But I made a bad choice by learning bar codes first, (you will learn what that means). Learn your chords first, then play and play back again and again with music that you like until your fingers bleed. If you want to be good, very good, your tips of your fingers will get as tough as the bottoms of your feet.
