Answers: I'm looking for good saxophone parts in rock songs, especially classic rock.

Baker Street - Gerry Rafferty
Will You - Hazel O'Connor
Both classics

Oh yes, and most definately the two above

Pink Floyd...Us And Them(dark side of the moon)
Pink Floyd..Dogs Of War (momentary lapse of reason)
Theres two really good ones for you.Excellent in my opinion, for what you're looking for "classic rock"...rock on!! Oh yeah how can I forget

Pink Floyd..Shine On You Crazy Diamond 1&2(wish you were here)

***ADDED**** You can't go wrong with any of these that are listed on here, all have tasty saxaphone!! Nice !!! Thumbs up to you all...

Pink Floyd - Terminal Frost
Homer "Boots" Randolph - Yakety Sax
Traffic - The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys
Many more by Traffic.

turn the page , old time rock and roll, bob seiger, most of his music has some good sax !!! hope this helps ! the butcher..

Check out Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Clarence Clemmons is one of the best. Rosalita has a kicking sax solo.

Space Oddity by David Bowie has a good sax solo. Check out his other songs.

Pink Floyd.. The Gunner's Dream (from the album The Final Cut).

It's not classic rock, it's alternative. But a lot of Less Than Jake songs have saxophone parts. They're a local Gainesville band.

almost anything by springsteen with clarence clemons. jungleland is a nice track

It's not at all classic rock, but you should check out Yakuza. They play prog-extreme-metal-jazz-fusion-something... Out of Chicago, and signed to Century Media (I think they're still on the label.)
Really unique stuff, but not out-of-hand death metal or anything, so don't be afraid.

'Money' ~ Pink Floyd
'Baker Street' ~ Gerry Rafferty
'Your Latest Trick' ~ Dire Straits
