Index Finger Killin When Playin the Guitar... ???!
Question: i'm a beginner so... in index finger hurts like crazy right now
i get blisters every time i play
will this stop in time.. or should i get some sort of treatment for it... idk lotion or something or is that uneccisary

It will stop when your fingers toughen.
well when i first started playing it tore my fingers to peices because i played acoustic and the strings are thicker
sooner or later ur fingers will toughen up, i can actually stick my fingers on the stove without feeling the heat for a little while now lol, not smart but kind fun
youll get calisuses sometime and i think lotion would just make it worse, cuz that would make ur hands softer, so i think ur fine but im not %100 sure, i'd have to see them to know if it was bad or not
Don't stop, keep at it.
Its your body getting used to using those muscles in your hand. It takes time, it will soon go away.
Just keep rocking it out man.
you want ur fingers to get blisters that causes calases or if u wanna get calases faster take like a bottle cap and pee in it then stick ur index finder in when theirs a blister on it
