Well, out of the original members, Ice Cube was the best lyrically hands down. He left though, so does he still count?
Eazy-E was the most successful, considering he took the profit of every other member in NWA except ice cube. Even with dr dre sold records from his diss record "Fuckin with dre day", eazy made money off of that.
most overrated? hmm...I wouldnt say any of them were overatted.
Hip hop in general, I think Ice Cube/Scarface are the most under rated rappers.

Eazy E was probably the most overrated because his lyrics and flow didn't come close to Cube and Didn't have the production skills of Dre
MC Ren was the most overated and was probably overlooked because of Cube, Dre, and Eazy. He added another dimension to the group with his lyrics and he did some of the ghostwriting
