Maybe Bob Dylan, the Allman Brothers, The Dire Straights, Guns & Roses, Elton John, all the good ol' oldies. ^_^ Look up one of 'em, and you'll find bunches of others.
Give yourself a chance to get acclimated to driving before you worry so much about music. Maybe you should try to drive for a year or so before getting that distracted behind the wheel.
