I don't know, though I've wondered about that myself.
My friend, who knows someone who is friends with Miley, thinks that the HM2 songs might be realsed on karoke, but also might not. Depends on how the HM1 karoke sold, really. Now the "Meet Miley Cyrus" CD probably won't be on karoke, since she wrote most of the songs herself. But you can probably find them online anyways, someone who makes karoke themselves. Just look around.
