The name of the song is "Last Kiss"
The song was called Last Kiss and it was originally done by Wayne Cochran & the C.C. Riders in 1962. It didn't catch on for them, and another band covered it in 1964 (the version that became famous.) The 1964 version was done by J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers. Pearl Jam then did a cover of it that came out on one of their albums in 1999.
