In my opinion, Id say John Mayer - Blues, Jack Johnson and JUNO - No Idea Whatsoever, Common - Lyrical Hip Hop, and John Legend - Soul...

yeah thats pretty accurate. jack johnson is surf soul. juno is indie. then again, genres are a cancer. they seek to define musicians.

-jack johnson has been labeled as surf music, acoustic,and folk
-the juno soundtrack is indie
-common is hip hop
-john legend is r&b/soul
