Twisted Sister are much better looking and can play better too
Even though I'm not really a fan of Twisted Sister, if the only two cds left in the world were between those two bands I'd break the MCR one and listen to Twisted Sister.
Twisted Sister was hair metal, it wasn't punk and MCR..well I can't tell what it attempts because it generally doesn't do a very good job of it.

And MCR are the worst trend to ever happen to music.

Gerard Way says their band is coming out with a more 'punk rock' CD in '09 most likely. Twisted Sister is good, but I prefer MCR. And Twisted Sister... they're just ugly. Sorry, but it's true. MCR is probably one of the coolest, most caring, best sounding, and most misfit-filled band right now. And they're my favorite, and I don't care what anybody says.
