Zappa fans...?!

Question: ...Which is your favourite piece from the 12 disc set "You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore" (assuming that, like me, you have listened to all of it many times)?

Ye gods, it's hard enough trying to think of a favourite track from each album, never mind the entire set!!
I like a lot of the weird "one-offs" like "Take me out to the ball game" and "Satumaa", but I think for sheer accomplishment and mad genius, I'd pick "Don't eat the yellow snow" from YCDTOSA #1, especially the 'poetry' from the audience!
20 minutes of sheer brilliance.

Nope

don't know the albums, but my fave song is titties & beer.
Great bloke.

zappa rocks my socks. and every track is great. i am ashamed u would even ask that question.

I do not have that set, but have a lot of the studio albums. My favorite song remains Montana because of that freakishly good solo, I just love that solo!
I was lucky enough to catch a show in Reno about , oh '80, or '81, I guess. Some of the folks just didn't get it, and a lot of people left, My cue to head right up front. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'd rather listen to my Beefheart bootlegs. You can't have too many versions of Kandy Korn.

Apparently Zappa left 53 albums worth of material when he died. They're still wading through it. My favorite has always been "Stinkfoot/The Apostrophe".

In France
"The women is crazy, the men is all sweet, the food ain't to shabby, and they piss in the street, in France, way down in France".

Play that harmonica son.

Zappa is hard to find, so my collection of his is a bit thin
