Ronnie is a troubled, troubled person. There's obviously ongoing drug and alcohol problems, but the main reason why he's no longer a Fate Escape Artist is because he's on probation for a solid five years for assault and battery. He was in a fight where someone was killed and others injured, and obviously it's hard to front a rock band from a prison cell.
he didn't QUIT he got KICKED OUT because of drug problems.
