How to use FL Studion (Fruity Loops) w/ no early experience with making beats?!

There is no real way to master FL. I had it for 5 years before i made one beat that i let anybody listen to. One thing that speeds that process along that i shouldve done earlier, is just get familiar with where everything is and what it job is. Just mess around with it. Just start clicking on different sounds, different categories, and just random stuff. FL is so complicated that ive been making hot beats on it for awhile now, but every one in awhile i accidently clikk on a button, and say, "Damn i didnt know I could do it this way". I've been using FL Studio for 3 years, recently upgrading to FL Studio 7 XXL Edition, and I've just now, if now, gotten to the point where my beats/instrumentals sound commercial. There's now quick way to learn, besides just experimenting with different tools & sounds. If I were you, I would experiment with the samples and other instruments, before worrying about master & effects. Change pitches, uses differents fx. Don't be fooled about the "Buy Theses Samples," although sometimes you will recieve some good ones, most of them are exactly the same. I spent $80 in samples & rarely use any of them. If your using XXL edition, it has great Sytrus instruments, that give music that clear sound. Hope this was help, anything else: use my email. I maybe be able to be more assisting.
