In my opinion what seperates him from other producers is...He makes his music using mainly FRUITY LOOPS.....I use fruity loops and I can tell you right now...he is amazing

9th Wonder just may be underrated, he's made some great songs, and he is not as famous as a Cool and Dre or even Souljah Boy's producing side (he produced his whole album). He doesn't have a specific trademark or anything that will make people notice that it is him.
I think he's underrated by people who are only into mainstream hip hop, but he gets about the right amount of respect from underground fans.
yes. he is underrated. he should get more credit. he walks away from little brother and people start to give little brother all the credit for their stuff. but then he starts making more great records like that one with murs. he deserves more love.
