Question: Yes, overally we do. i think people just need somebody to blame. Yes, kids do hear these rap lyrics that basically say drugs are good and life is about sex,money,drugs, and cars. But as a parent, its your responsibility to say "____, im going to let you listen to this, but you know not to imitate what they are saying right?" or to say "____ turn that, i dont want you listening to that" I grew up on rap music, but my mom made it clear the start, that if i tried any of that stuff that 50cent, Lilwayne, and others are talking about, i would be out of her house as quikkly as they said it.

Simply, yes. To think that these people will be perfect role models would be foolish. They are either just like us or have a mentality where they think the world is or was against them. Just think about it, how good of a role model would you be?

No I dont think so...I dont expect them to be role models...but at least they can help tryn change whats wrong in their communities that they made so much money rapping about. Matter fact give to the communities that supported them. dat all
