Is Rose Maddox's Tia Lisa Lynn available on CD anywhere?!
Question: For that matter, what is Capitol doing with their whole '60s collection? There's some Charlie Louvin around, and they've done pretty well with their Glen Campbell and Buck Owens collections, but I'm after the likes of Wynn Stewart, Ray Pillow, Jean Sheppard and so forth.
My favorite Wynn Stewart songs are Strings, In Love, It's Such A Pretty World Today and Half Of This, Half Of That. The first three, I've found on CD. That last one, forget it.
Take Your Hands Off My Heart by Ray Pillow. Does Bear Family have ahold of that, or do they?

Dan I think you may have to go the Bear Family route since they have re-issued a lot of the songs you have mentioned. I do realize that they are expensive but when you consider what all you get on their box sets it actually isn't too bad. I have the Wynn Stewart Box set which can be ordered through Bear Family. You can also get the box set directly from Wynn's daughter Wren Stewart Tidwell at http://www.wynnstewart.com. She is a very nice young lady and I have found her to ship them out much faster than what time it takes to get them from Bear Family in Germany. Her price for the Wynn Stewart box set is $ 155.00.There is also an ebay seller who goes by the name CDWolf who has most of the Bear Family products in stock and I have bought from him as well. He lives in South Carolina and ships pretty fast too. As for the Ray Pillow song you mentioned here is a link where that CD can be purchased. It is a bit pricey at over $50.00 but should prove well worth it. The good thing about the Bear Family Box sets is that they come with a booklet about the artist that is pretty nice itself. Also here is an ebay link for a real good deal on part of the box set.Two of the four discs are missing but the disc with Tia Lisa Lynn is in this deal for only $7.50 plus shipping of $12.00 which is not bad for two CD's.

Bear Family does indeed have a Wynn Stewart Collection. It is a 10 disc box set and includes the song Half Of This, Half Of That. You can find that here http://www.wynnstewart.com/boxset.htm
The only hits I found for Ray Pillow were LPs and digital downloads not CDs, so I have no idea on that one. Good luck!
