although they're not exactly "new", i recommend circa survive.
i think you would really like them since their singer (anthony green, who used to be in saosin) sings in a high pitch.
also check out the blood brothers.
(they're not new either ... they broke up, actually. =C )
they have two vocalists but the "main" vocalist (johnny whitney) definitely has high pitched vocals that you're looking for.
one more band i think you would like is alesana.
a lot of people think that their singer is a girl at first!
