on beck's official website, the lyrics are my...girl. when you see the video on mtv/vh1, the lyrics are my sun-eyed girl. when you listen to the cd, the lyrics are my cyanide girl. my theory is that the lyrics truly are cyanide, but it was too strong a word for mtv censors, so it may have been changed to sun-eyed. mtv has a history of this. a recent example is sean kingston's beautiful girls. the lyrics say you had me suidicial, but on mtv, you had me in denial.
It's neither. It's "My sun-eyed girl." Best Beck song, imo.
