Head East wasn't bad but I prefer Rare Earth
how can you not like and respect an all white band that was on Motown Records back in their hey day. Their covers of old Motown classics were great, they stretched 2:30 Motown songs into 15 and 20 min jams without ever getting that is this song ever going to end feeling. The Norman Whitfield penned song Ma which is about 17 min long is an absolute masterpiece.
Head East......I couldn't name one Rare Earth song!
