Why doesn't iTunes have Beatles songs?!

Because The Beatles were on a label called 'Apple'.
Apple Records don't like so much the Apple Computers Inc. using the name 'Apple' in connection to the music industry, and they have been in and out of court for years about it.
But word is they are close to settling it all, and soon we will be able to buy The Beatles stuff through itunes.
i dunno.
Because michael jackson owns their catalog, and they havent reached a deal to put em on Itunes with him. Apparently Mccaurtny and Ono also don;t want to, but it's up to Jacko
