What band is really inspirational to you?!
Question: My inspiration is Incubus. They've taught me a lot about myself and about life, and they've helped me a lot! They've also inspired my hidden musical passion to blossom.

I think you know that The Fratellis are the most inspirational band to me. They are so passionate and energetic about their music. And their songs always have a meaning, even if its hard to see on the surface there is always a meaning behind every one of their songs. And their music has always helped to cheer me up when I'm feeling down about something. The Fratellis also inspire me musically. They have inspired me to try out different sounds that I don't think I'd have tried if it wasn't for them. The Fratellis inspire me in so many different ways. The Fratellis are the most inspirational band to me without a doubt.
Keane! Ah, what more can I say? Honestly, you've just got to hear their music, listen closely to the inspirational lyrics, and then you'll understand. ;)
Hmm...Although I'm not exactly obsessed with their music, Hawthorne Heights really inspires me. I can really relate to their lyrics because the lyrics often surround lost love and cutting and depression, all of which I've experienced. Another band that also really inspires me is Flyleaf. They're a religious band (not exactly a Christian band) and I'm an atheist, but that doesn't stop me from loving their lyrics and all they stand for. Their lyrics also surround pain, cutting, abuse, and depression, and the lyrics really speak to me. Also, the lead singer is a girl, which I love. The band is a very hardcore band and I love to see girls getting into this kind of genre. Additionally, all of the band members stories are extremely depressing, but they got through all of the hard times and it really gives me hope when I'm not doing all that well emotionally. so yeah...wow, that was long. :)
p.s. I love Incubus too!!!

Disciple inspires me, and I've hung out with them. They're really laid back, cool people, yet they write aggressive, hard rock. Also, lyrically, they're amazing. And they've had (pretty much) the same lineup for 12 years (the only change: they brought in a different bass player in 2004, upping the number of band members from 3 to 4), which not many bands can relate to.
