jumbo frets are frets that are raised so u dont hav to push as hard
the number of frets u hav affects nothing except giving u access 2 higher notes

its just frets that are slightly raised off the fretboard a little so u dont have to press down as hard on the stirngs.... its supposed to help u play easier and maybe even a little faster

Having more frets just expands the range you can play. Now you can play 2 higher notes on each string(on your 23rd and 24th frets).
