I love the new track Graphite. Takes me back to the Commodore 64 days and the times when me and my friends used to make mad drum 'n' bass tracks.
Pendulum had a hit in Australia in the 90s with a very moody, atmospheric type song called "Coma", and an "alternative" hit with a full on techno song called "Awesome Party" which sampled the Ren & Stimpy cartoon!
Yeah, how good is Granite !!! You only need to hear 10 seconds of it to recognise it as Pendulum - they have such a great style.
I loved the album Hold You Colour, favourite tracks are Slam (just got used to it from hearing it a lot) and Girl In The Fire - such a varied track starting with a gentle accoustic guitar solo but then a great beat kicks in.
musicguru_62.... I hadn't heard of Awesome Party, but searched for it after reading your answer. It is very different, but still worth a listen, just to hear Ren saying "I love being angry" !!

I think that this was a different Pendulum though, as the Drum and Bass pendulum didn't form until 2002. Coma was definitely not them.
