Country music....?!
Question: well i live in a small town that isnt really country or city.
i just love country music it sounds stupid but it makes me feel something inside of meee....does anybody get this feeling also?

omg i know what you are talking about! its passion, and does it completely overwhelm you like it does me? hehe im a freak for country music :) i live in the country and have tons of animals and was in 4h for six years, and country life is just amazing. its totally relaxing going fishing rather than going to the mall, in my opinion! omg and country music totally picks up on that awesomeness. one of the best songs i have ever heard is sweet southern comfort by buddy jewell, and is so amazing because it describes country life so well and the feeling you get when you are a part of it. hahaha country music is AMAZING!!
It doesn't matter where you come from or where you live. I get the feeling of being a country girl as well...but then again I am from a small farming town. But, if you go to any keith urban or any other country music concerts, there are thousands of people there they just feel like country folk that aren't really "country"
I live in New York - we don't even have a country station on the radio here - I have to pay for satellite radio to get a country station b/c I just love it!
I love country music. And you can understand what their saying not like some of the other stuff out there. Country music tells a story.
I live in the city.. but i'm a total country girl.
i have 2 horses that i board out in the country, love country music, and don't worry about what other people think about me, and i'm not afraid to get dirty. (like some blond city girls.. they see a pile of dirt and say gross... its funny to watch them)
I get that feeling too. I listen to country music, live in a rural area, I have 2 horses, I hunt, I fish, I do a lot of outdoor stuff. All of my friends make fun of me because I listen to country music and not (C)rap pop, and hip-hop. Don't let anyone change your mind about country music because it is the best sound in the entire world! I agree with CJ above about the other city girls:)

Same here. I listen to heavy stuff (Red, Bullet For My Valentine, Senses Fail) but I always find myself listening to country stations. I love listenin to the mid 90's country. Artists like Rhett Akins, Joe Diffie, David Kersh, Boy Howdy etc. I seem to listen to country more than anyone else that I know around where I am at.

OMG. yes i get this feeling.
i live in a very big city, we do have some good country stations but it seems like everyone listens to rap/hiphop or rock. i do love country, and no matter where you come from, you can like what you want. but if you ever go to like a kenny chesney, or if you went to one of garth brooks concert you would see that there are many country people. but there are many many many city people there too.

I've been listening to Country for 60+ years. It has definitely evolved over time, but you get the right song, right artist and an overwhelming feeling of excitement will come over you every time!!!
