im assuming is the rhythm you are describing, in that case it is just 2 16ths and an 8th note. it can take a few variations such as X-xxX-xxX-xxX or Xx-xXx-xXx-x but they are all just forms of gallops.
if its isolated in a string of 8ths (or 32nds in a string of 16ths) or randomly mixed into a rhythm then i dont believe they have a specific term, ive only heard it referenced as 2 16ths and an 8th.
