wouldn't recommend going up a fifth like that. tuning up a step temporarily is no problem but leaving that much additional tension would not be good for the neck.

normally strings shouldnt go that high. (or i dont think they should)
You couldn't use the existing strings, the neck would turn into a banana. You'd have to use some extra extra light gauge strings.
