Anyone have any info on Hal Ketchum?!

Question: Every once in a while I dig up someone that seems to have slipped under the radar and read that he had been diagnosed with MS? Anyone know if that is factual and if he is still touring?

I haven't heard anything about MS though

In 1998 on his 45th b-day, while onstage, his left arm went numb He went in for an MRI and his Dr. said his symotoms were consistent with a MS diagnosis but after further testing. he was diagnosed with acute myelitis. Took him 2 years to regain the use of his left side Report It

He also did a benefit concert called Jamfest for MS at the request of Montel Williams in 05. I didn't know Donna Fargo was afflicted with MS either but did kno Clay Walker had been diagnosed with it. Thanks for both of your help. Report It

  • Hal Michael Ketchum (born April 9, 1953 in Greenwich, New York[1]) is an American country music singer-songwriter. He made his debut in 1986 with the album Threadbare Alibis, on the independent Watermelon label.

Since 1992, he has been signed to Curb Records, where he has recorded seven more studio albums plus a compilation album, in addition to charting sixteen singles on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts. His biggest hits to date are "Small Town Saturday Night", "Past the Point of Rescue", and "Hearts are Gonna Roll", all of which peaked at #2.

Here's a sight that list all famous people with MS. His name is on the list.

edit: I didn't know Donna Fargo had it either.
