It's definitely the Bach. From a rhythmic standpoint alone, you have a series of unbroken 16th notes in the Bach, with a lot of repetition. On a very basic level, mvt 1 of Moonlight forces you to play 4:3 (dotted eighth, sixteenth in the RH, eighth-note triplets in the LH), which is FAR too often approximated by amateur performers...

I would think it is the Moonlight Sonata.

Do you intend to play all three movements of the Moonlight Sonata ? The third movement is quite difficult.
