What is your favorite band/music group AND genre? Why?!
Question: band, system of a down, they have some strange lyrics with many many many different meanings, genre is metal- love the heavy riffs and drums going off damn its just intense sometimes yeah metal is great just turn it up all loud and listen how the sounds mix together so awesomely. i dont like all types of metal most of them though and i really like tech metal

My favorite band is underoath because i love their lyrics and the deep meaning behind them, the drums are awesome and the vocals are strong. My favorite genres are hip hop and screamo.Im pretty flexible with music so i'll listen to anything.I dont wanna be stuck on one thing.
I agree with lala. Underoath is my favorite too as well as the Almost. Both have really good morals to their songs. As for what my fave genre is..i dont have one. I'm the type of person that doesnt turn music down no matter what genre it is. I am pretty open
my fave band is My Chemical Romance. i love them because they have really great lyrics which i can connect to as well as an awesome sound. i listen to most genres but im mostly into harcore/punk/emo rock. i hate hip hop, rnb
I can't name a band offhand, but my favorite genre is the R&B of the early 90's. I'm talking about the era of Babyface, R. Kelly (pre-sex with minors days), Gerald Levert and Keith Sweat. It best fits my melancholy and romantic personality. Nothing puts me in a peaceful mood more than these songs.
