Can somebody help find some new music?!

Question: I'm really into bands like Pearl Jam, Guster, Nirvana, Oasis, The Beatles, Zeppelin, Seether, Chevelle, etc. Can somebody out there refer me to any NEW music that closely resembles the sounds of some or all of these bands? Please...I'm DYING to get some new tunes added on my iPod. Every suggestion I get...I WILL purchase on itunes...so please make them good! Thanks for answering. Music is power.

Personal faves are a band called Thunder.
Such a great sound. They're brilliant live too!
They're on to album no.8. It's called 'Robert Johnson's Tombstone' and is an amazing album. But my fave of theirs is still 'Laughing on Judgement Day'

Look them up on youtube..There's a fair bit of theirs on there.

FAB Band...give 'em a listen..you won't be disappointed.

  • There is one band in particular that I love.

They are known as the Secret Machines. They currently have 2 studio albums out, and one EP.

well i like megadeth its metal... i suggest listening to prince of darkness, crush em, symphony of destruction...

Hmm. I love anything from Matchbox Twenty [Push, Bent, If You're Gone, Unwell, 3 AM, Superman, How Far We've Come, etc......]

Echoes of Eternity - check their myspace for samples of their work first.

Sonata Arctica - again, get some samples form the myspace. Their sound ranges from power to progressive metals depending on the album.

    One last one:

Nightwish - Symphonic Metal, very easily accessible. Check the myspace for tunes: I reccommend anything off of Century Child or Dark Passion Play.

    TOKIO HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!

    Under My Thumb - Stones
Bad Side of the Moon - April Wine
    Gimme Shelter - Stones

Bob Dylan - Lay Lady Lay
    Cream - White Room

T.V. On the Radio, get the Album "Return to Cookie Mountian" Give it a few listens to. It is most totally worth it.

im not a big fan of that kind of classic rock...but some bands that sound like the ones you like that you would probably like would be...wolfmother, lol cant think of any good new music besides that but heres some old... pink floyd, cream, yardbirds, quiet riot,

If you like Pearl Jam, you'll love this. PAW was a group out of Kansas and Dragline was their 1st recording. Also seek out Death to Traitors if you can find it. I didn't see it listed on iTunes, but Amazon has Dragline. You won't regret it, but you will regret that their not around anymore.

you should get dope, korn, disturbed, rammstein, five finger death punch, nirvanna, ozzy, rob zombie, icp, mudvayne, godsmack, psycostick, axe murder boyz, and lil whyte

anything by metallica, megadeth or ac/dc
