I think the best advice would be to play the guitar more. That way you get more time playing, and it is building up the muscles in your arms and hands by actually doing the motion/skill. Here's some analogies; Think about it, I am a bigger and stronger guy than Tiger Woods, and I play a little golf here and there, but he could outdrive me by 100 yards on a good day. There is something to that. I'm sure he does things to stay in shape, and maybe a few specific exercises, but most of it is from actually practicing golf. I used to play baseball a lot as a kid too. Now that I'm older and out of practice, I hit around at a batting cage for a while, and noticed how fatigued I was from not doing it for so long. I hit the ball well, just made me tired, but when I was a kid and did it all the time, I could hit for hours. Just as with the guitar, all of the hand gripping and I don't know what soaking does, but, it might not help as much as you would get out of just playing more. I play guitar some too, and I know how tired my arms/wrists/fingers can get. That is a very specific muscle movement(s). I doubt that many of the people you would consider to be great guitarist do all the things you are doing. I'm sure if you asked them what they did to become so good, they would simply say, "I played the sh!t out of my guitar man. Everyday." Good luck to you, a tip from my old guitar teacher is to learn to sing while playing. Guitarists are a dime a dozen, but being able to sing can add another skill to your resume. Plus, chicks dig it.

What you need to do is practise practise practise.
5 minutes even helps.
Just work things slow then get faster.
Also if your having trouble with a chord just do it slow again just like i said.
And make the changes faster and faster.
You will get the hang of it don't worry!

dude theres no trick to make your fingers do what you want......it just takes practice and then when youve practiced enough......practice some more.......

you have to practice playing the guitar and making some exercises of your own for every technique, that way not only you will build up your fingers as the other guy said but most important your fingers will recognize the patterns you are practicing and soon your muscles will move on their own with no resistance against what you want to play.

Finger and hand strength is essential to playing, but the dexterity and speed come from trips to the fretboard, man. I think my fingers think that they live there. Practicing scales is the real Stairway to Heaven.
