I found a band in Denmark that has the same name as my band...?!
Question: I was on ASK . COM ...
their name only came up one in ten pages, ours came up twice...
do you think I have anything to worry about?
I know it's who has the greatest fame...
I've googled my band name and NEVER even found them...

well , for one thing - if the other band came up once , and yours came up twice - neither of you have any "Greatest Fame" issues to worry about at the moment....
No, don't worry about it. There are plenty of bands that share the same, and if their name came up only once and they are in Denmark, I'm sure you will never run into each other.

Good for you for coming up twice. Did you know that names can be trademarked? Check to see if the band from Denmark has trademarked the name. If it is there may be a problem...if not consider trademarking yours. You can read more about this by following the link below.
