What is the best cymbal pack to buy for around $150?!
Question: I'm looking for a pack with high-hat, crash, and ride. If theres any websites that sell cymbals for cheaper please let me know.

Honestly, it depends on what you're looking for in terms of sound quality. Every drummer is different. I've only ever bought Sabian cymbals, which have great sound for good prices..but this is just me. My suggestion is to go to a music store that has a pretty diverse cymbal section/display and ask to "test drive" various sizes/types of cymbals from each brand available (ie: Zildjian, Sabian, Paiste, etc) and see which is most appealing to your ears/style of playing. Then, once you've made your selection as far as the brand goes...ask to see cymbal packs from that brand. There are packs available from every brand, with various cymbal types, sizes and price ranges. I'd check out Musiciansfriend.com. They've got a huge selection, and their clearance section is usually a gold-mine (at least for me.)
