Keyboard ?!
Question: Hi , I've recently purchased a keyboard ( musical instrument ) and i want to learn to play before April . I can't go to any classes but can spend an hour a day playing . I could do stuff over the interenet but i'm not willing to pay . Is there any online free keyboard lessons which will help me or can anyone on yahoo help ?

If you bought a keyboard, chances are that your keyboard came with playing instructions, which means that it came with a few simple songs and get you familirized with the notes and the fingerings etc. I will be surprised if your keyboard didnt come with that, because EVERY keyboard I played/saw has it. Once you know what the notes are, and where they're placed, there are sites on the internet that would let you play simple songs with simple cords. Those are free. Some of those songs are:
Mary had a little lamb
Twinkle Twinkle
Alouette
Row Row Row your boat
9th symphony by Beethoven (quite easy, really)
etc
all you have to do is enter the name and add piano sheet and lots of music will pop up.
Your gonna have to learn teh notes first, though.
